With the Patient Portal app you can have a better monitoring of your health. It connects with different devices (wearables) to automatically collect data from your vital signs: blood pressure, heart rate, physical activity, weight, body composition, oxygen saturation and temperature, among others.

What will you be able to do in Patient Portal?

- Register your constants, either manually or automatically by connecting with (wearable) devices: blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, steps, distance traveled, weight, body composition, temperature.
- Consult the evolution graphs of your measurements for each day, week and month.
- Activate measurement registration reminders (constants).
- Respond to questionnaires about your physical and emotional health in order to better track your evolution.
- Mark your physical activity goals and motivate yourself with each progress.
