VIEW CALLS
From the SIMple app, access the call log of your mobile phone, as well as your balance usage. You can also forward calls to a different device, make three-way calls to talk simultaneously on two different phone lines, or activate missed call notifications via SMS.
MY RATE
Check your current rate plan and the available subscription options from your mobile phone. Learn about the different products:

You can also check your data usage to know how much data you have at all times.
BILLS
Through the SIMple app, you'll have access to the history of all your bills, so you can access them quickly and easily. If your bills increase substantially from one month to the next, you'll receive a notification on your phone.
WIFI INTERNET
From our app, you can check your contracted internet speed, manage your Wi-Fi network, turn it on or off from your mobile phone, change your password, and even see which devices are connected to your Wi-Fi network.
MOBILE DATA
You can enable or disable your mobile data from the SIMple app to control your usage, as well as check which countries you can browse the Internet in as if you were at home. If you have Wi-Fi access, disable your data and reduce your usage.
ROAMING
If you're traveling abroad outside the European Union, don't forget to check that you have roaming enabled. You can choose to activate only the call option, or if you also want to have internet access, you can activate both options from your mobile phone.
RESTRICTIONS
You can prevent your usage from skyrocketing by activating this service, restricting your calls to phone numbers that carry an additional cost. You choose which specific services we restrict. Avoid surprises on your bills.
CUSTOMER AREA SETTINGS
Set up your customer account with SIMple. You can edit the device name, define blocks and restrictions, and select different calling options. You can also view your PUK code to unlock your SIM card if you've entered your PIN incorrectly more than three times.
