This App is part of the leadership skills training program for work, Digylid. The training uses the AMENA methodology, which includes five phases: learn, model, exercise, name and apply. The application is used to carry out the last two phases (name and apply). The objective is to carry out a personal action plan, in which the skills developed during the training modules are put into practice. It is only possible to access the plan once each of the five courses has been completed (digital communications, digital trust, remote goal management, relationship development in virtual environments, telework-personal life balance). When accessing the App, the first step is to select the behaviors you want to practice, from 2 to 4 (name). The second step is to put them into practice during the week following the completion of the course (apply). Finally, a self-assessment of the implementation of the plan is carried out. The App issues reminders of the actions pending to be carried out (select and/or evaluate the application of the plan). Completion of the plan allows you to obtain badges in recognition of the learning obtained. The App connects with four types of information: access to the courses via the web, the action plan, badges obtained and degree of progress in relation to the rest of the participants.
