The eTIME project management system combines applications focused primarily on improving the efficiency of IT teams, managing tasks within a team with support for the most popular project management techniques and frameworks Kanban and Scrum Waterfall. eTIME allows you to simplify and streamline the maintenance of technical documentation in Wiki, visualize and structure the exchange of messages in a team by working with the messenger, and allows you to conduct team development of applications and services thanks to the Git version control system.
To get started with eTIME, you must create or join one of your existing workspaces.
To use the task manager, you need to create or select a project or project board with a list of tasks and select the type of tasks convenient for display: list view or classic Kanban board view.
An endless tree of projects and boards allows you to meet the needs of any organization with any department or project structure. The system of rights and permissions allows you to configure participant access to certain projects or boards.
On any board, the ability to use a backlog and the ability to create sprints are available, which together allow you to implement and use an agile project management methodology with support for the SCRUM framework for project management in a team.
Within each task, participants can leave comments, upload documents and photos related to the task.
The task change history allows you to track in real time the changes made by participants while working on the task, and the notification system will not let you lose sight of important events and changes.
Monitoring the effectiveness of the team’s work is carried out from the reports menu block, in
which provides the ability to track the actual time of participants with a convenient interface for filling out the actual time spent in the form of a monthly, weekly or daily calendar.
In the same report section, you can build various other workflow reports with the ability to apply various filters to them and export the results.
The eTIME system is complemented by a business messenger, which allows you to create channels for communication between employees both within the team and to hold internal conferences and planning meetings.
The rights and capabilities of business messenger users are configured based on the roles assigned to them.
Wiki allows you to maintain and document the internal processes of a project. An infinite page tree allows you to create document pages and inherit them from each other. The editor is based on markdown syntax and supports formatting, working with images and video files.
