On the phone the user can indicate offline at which address / location a more workstation has been carried out and provide this with photos. At a moment of your choice, the data including photos can be processed to ALERT so that a complete overview is created by mail and by address. The photos are automatically linked and provided with a name in which the additional workstation and location comes back, so that a complete file can be submitted to the client.
