With the ALERT Werkbon33 App, or the digital work order, maintenance companies and housing corporations can plan, execute and invoice the maintenance work efficiently via the tablet.
The ALERT Workbon33 App is integrated with ALERT, the Centric ERP system. Assignments from the ERP package are immediately visible on the maintenance employee's tablet on location. New emergency notifications are signaled by an additional report. From the task list the maintenance employee can refuse an order or handle it.
During the execution of the order, the system automatically registers the time spent and the consumed material. Photos created with the tablet are automatically linked to the job in the ERP system. If necessary, follow-up assignments for own employees or subcontractors can also be recorded. Upon completion, the resident can sign and even give a rating for satisfaction with the work performed.
