The Albanian Film Festival "Albania, Si Gira!" reaches its second edition bringing to the public a new selection of films focused on Italian-Albanian relations. For this and subsequent two editions, the event focuses on the theme of the "transitions" that have most defined the history of Albanians and Italians.
