This app contains descriptions and animated images of techniques for performing bodyweight exercises. 100+ exercises are presented (with updates new ones will be added) divided into 20+ categories. With the help of our application, you can master the exercise technique as a result of building muscle mass.
Some exercises are divided into levels, for example "Push-up on one hand" - this is the 10th level of push-ups, to get to it go through the previous 9 levels in good technique!
The exercise guide is suitable for those who decide to train at home without barbells and dumbbells (although the horizontal bar will still come in handy). Of course, training with your own weight will not replace training in the gym, but they can be a good tool for preparing your body for the same gym, or maintaining an already recruited form.
It is possible to mark an exercise with an asterisk and send it to the "Favorites" category, where you can store your favorite exercises.
