To protect sensitive data, the app employs Authentication for user login and maintains a role-based access system using Realtime Database. Only verified and authorized personnel—such as agronomists, field officers, or administrators—are permitted to access the QR scanning functionality. Unauthorized users are restricted from accessing or interacting with protected data.

Each QR scan is securely logged for accountability, and the app ensures user roles are validated before granting access.
