We can use this technique to manage a habit we want to add or remove from our life. First of all, we must have a purpose, to determine a goal and to determine an action that will lead us to this goal. Doing this action (dividing it into two) every day, proving to your brain and yourself that you have done it, and marking it on a calendar where you can see it to motivate you, that is, without breaking the chain.
