Sustainable Career offers Keva's personal customers (who have a valid employment or official relationship with a public sector employer and who are pension insured with Keva) ways to take care of their own ability to work and strengthens the employee's proactive and active role in building their own work career. The service consists of different learning paths that offer information and means for, for example, identifying and developing one's own skills, alertness and recovery, physical activity and strengthening the resources of the work community.
The service supports the employer's proactive workforce management.
The right of use, i.e. Keva's personal customership and valid employment relationship, is ensured upon commissioning and again after a period determined by Keva, if the service continues to be used. The right of use is ensured by strong authentication through the Suomi.fi service.
