The Likella app makes life easier for Folka's (formerly Aaltovoima and Personalhuset) employees and customers. The application is logged in with the mobile phone number of the LikeIt system ID.

The application allows the employee to conveniently:
- record hours worked and absences
- view and book new shifts
- receive information and guidance

For customers, the application offers:
- mobile acceptance of hourly entries for temporary workers
- current bulletins
