With ICC Mobile, your customer service team handles customer calls, freeing up your customer service regardless of location. ICC Mobile forwards incoming calls to desk phones to the agent's mobile subscription.

ICC Mobile requires the ICC Manager system to operate. With the ICC Manager product family, you can track your customer service activity from calls to customer service reporting. Calls handled through ICC Mobile and agent time tracking are also part of the reporting you use to track the performance of your customer service team.
