ProveIt Logbook enables you to maintain an electronic driving logbook and report travel expenses easily and free of charge.

Download the app, add the vehicle details, and start logging. If it's a company vehicle, select the "Company vehiclehttps://www.proveit.fi/product/proveit-automaattinnen-ajopaivakirja-voodksi" specification when creating the vehicle and add the odometer reading before making the first entry. The taxman requires a complete driving logbook from the company's vehicles. To make it easier to meet this requirement, the application always remembers the mileage of the last ride, and when adding a new ride, it is already entered. If you have more than one vehicle, you can add them via the WEB management interface at https://web.proveit.fi. You can also add projects in the same user interface. Once the projects have been added, you can target the runs to those projects and compile a report on them, for example for invoicing.

Printing a driving logbook, for example for a travel invoice, can easily be done in the application. Just select the month and the project (if you have added them) and press the "Subscribe driving diary to email" button. After a while, the driving log can be found in your email.

You can also save receipts and expenses with the app. Add an expense account, project and VAT percentage to them, and you'll make your accountant's everyday life easier. You can print a report on expenses from the WEB management interface. You can also report expenses by project, for example for invoicing.
