The Kirjaus.fi service developed by Widian together with customers enhances the collection and reporting of statutory attendance data of own employees and subcontractors working on construction sites to the services of Suomen Tilaajavastuu Oy. The service has been developed together with Stara and Puume Oy, the building services unit of the City of Helsinki. The condition for use is that the customer company is a customer of Suomen Tilaajavastuu Oy. The service works with Android smartphones and tablets.

Kirjaus.fi as a reader device is a smartphone program with which employees can stamp themselves at the construction site with either a Valtti card or a tax number. The information is transferred directly to veronumero.fi employee information. In the Kirjaus.fi service, a new work site is added to the reader device phone by selecting the work site key from the Add work site field.

The user selects the right job site, after which in-out markings can be made on the job site. The Kirjaus.fi application can now be used to record site-specific attendance information.
