News flashes everyday with a few missing cases and we sit there watch and pity, hoping that they see their family soon, how deep does the smiles of young children penetrates when they look at you and smile? How blessed do you feel when elderly touch your head passing you heartfelt blessings? How satisfied do you feel seeing teenager rescued before from something she would have been a culprit of? HOPES will allow us to actually search and bring beloved ones together who have been unfortunately separated for some reasons.
