The app is designed to help all shapes and sizes. You can choose how many days per week you would like to train and choose from the abundance of delicious recipes. You will be provided with workouts to follow and a library of healthy and delicious recipes.

This app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow.

Your workouts will have a range of intensity levels, but all are doable for all fitness levels and no longer than 1 hour.

The app includes quick & effective workouts, challenges.

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts. They can enable the iWatch option from the devices section under Account, the user has to open the iWatch App and Start Session. The health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Account.
