Created in 1949 under the leadership of Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet, the WACC is a health service at inter professional companies work, addressing a population of employees working exclusively in the registered sector communication agencies and advertising agencies located in paris (75) and the adjacent municipalities of Hauts de Seine.
In accordance with the Articles L.4622-2 and L.4622-4 of the Labour Code, the WACC has exclusive mission to prevent any alteration of the health of employees due to their work.
The multidisciplinary team of CMPC advises and assists employers of companies in the Advertising and Communication in the implementation of occupational risk prevention and monitors health at work of their employees.
Beyond the individual medical visit, the CMPC develops specific actions for jobs in Advertising and Communication:
Prevention in the workplace,
On information and awareness of employers and employees to occupational hazards.
The WACC is developing, in a medico Committee, a multi-year service project that defines the service action priorities and that part of the contract of objectives and means under Article L.4622 -10 of the Labour Code.
