Digisphere is an easy-to-use application that enables professionals to manage their equipment, sites, audits and technical interventions. The application includes the following main functionalities:
- Site management : Module for viewing and managing site or agency information.
- Inventory management: A complete equipment management system enabling :
* View, add, modify and delete equipment.
- Questionnaires and audits: A system for filling in and managing questionnaires, available in two categories:
* Standard questionnaires
* Securesphere questionnaires (with the option of adding scoring and points per question)
- Actions and planning: Module for managing actions and technical interventions, including an action history.
- Notification system: Management of user notifications.
The application also features :
* Strict user rights management controlling access to the various functionalities
* Offline mode enabling work to be carried out without an Internet connection, with synchronization on reconnection.
