GestProj is a free application to list the different tasks to be performed with customers and ensure the follow-up time of these tasks.
The application does not require any particular functionality and backs up all data on the phone. None of the data from the database is retrieved by the publisher. The application does not require internet and works in offline mode.
How it works ?
When creating the task, the task must be linked to a client and a task category that will make it easier to identify the task. It is also possible to define the time that the task should take to be able to compare the expected time with the time spent. The end of task button must be activated when the task is completed to indicate that the task can be placed in the archive.
Once created the task is available in the Task List window. Likewise, the list of clients and task categories is available in the Client List and Task Type windows accessible from the menu.
It is also possible to add the days of work by selecting the task in the list of tasks and then by going to the day tab. When adding a day, the client and task fields are already entered, so all that remains is to define the time spent on the task during that day, as well as its date.
Only fields marked with a star are mandatory, the others are optional. For example on the customer's page, only the name is required. The other information serves only as an indication to the user.
Tasks in the task list can take different colors depending on the ratio of the time spent on the task to the time originally planned. To access the legend information, click on the colored squares at the bottom of the window. To the right of these squares is the button to access the task archives.
