The clock is a component of the Esperoo solution, bringing together a web backoffice and another mobile application for you and your employees.

It allows your team to clock in, out and breaks using a pin code.

It also offers the possibility of activating:
• Taking a photo at the time of pointing.
• (And/or) The digital signature.

To customize the clock for your use, you can activate or not the options below from your backoffice according to your choice:

• Report meals taken.
• Leave a comment.
• Send the single personnel register.
• Have scores digitally signed.
• Warn you that an employee needs to go on break.

Thanks to the schedule established on the backoffice and the Esperoo clock, you are notified by notification of delays.

In order to generate the attendance sheets with the exact information, the manager can correct the hours worked or declare an employee absent directly on the time clock (possibility also of rectification on the website or the mobile application).
