We wanted to respond to the request of many tenants, expressed during satisfaction surveys, who wanted a mobile application to do online procedures, without going to a branch and thus be able to reach us even outside working hours.
And we also listened to those who do not have the possibility to use a mobile application and who are very attached to the relationship with our guards, our customer relations officers, our site management managers, our social advisers, our agents. central services and our agencies: our application comes in addition to all our current proximity and not as a replacement. For us, the human and social bond is an essential value.
With this new application you will be able to:
- follow the progress of your complaints without having to call by phone, write to us by post ...
- Receive information about your building. For example, the start of work in the common areas, the code change of the front door, the end of the repair of the elevator, the announcement of an upcoming event: neighborhood party, animation within your residence… You will therefore be informed in real time, in addition to the posters in the halls.
- have access to your personalized contacts: your caretaker, your site manager, your agency. No need to search for the number, you will always have it with you and always up to date.
- update your personal information yourself: your landline and mobile phone number: very useful to be able to contact you again or to arrange an appointment if we need to make repairs in your home.
- pay your rent by credit card (min 50 euros).
No more stamps, no more trips to the post office, your bank or an agency.
- monitor the status of your account: your payments, your invoices.
To create your account in the App, you will have to indicate your HMP customer number (without the 0 in front of the number, indicated at the top left of the rental notice).
