The BSACOACHING PRO application brings together all the expertise of your favorite coach, the one in whom you trust and whom you have chosen to follow you on a daily basis.
My app is your health partner.
It allows me to be by your side every day, to stay in touch with you at all times, it allows me to respond and adapt in real time to your needs and your difficulties and to help you reach your goals from a distance. your goals.

Different features will allow you to follow your progress:

In your application you will be able to access your dashboard, the central page of the application.
On it you will find the planning of your meals and sessions created following your personalized report.

Your entire schedule is flexible.
You can modify the times of your meals and sessions at your convenience, modulate your meals in real time, add notes to your meals and sessions to specify your feelings.
For my part, I will have access to all this information and I could adapt according to your feedback.


The nutrition + tab will allow you to enter your food aversions, which you can then share with me.
Food variants will be offered to replace these same selected foods.
You will also have access to the list of your recipes and finally to your shopping list which will adapt just as much, in real time, to the meals added to your schedule.


You will be able to create nutritional content (foods, recipes, meals, daily plans and nutritional programs) which you can then share with other members of the application if you wish.


The app will also be a real tool in achieving your goals.
You will be able to track your weight and your measurements.
In addition, an intelligent questionnaire that can be modified at any time will allow me to create programs adapted to your needs, your expectations and your pain.

To do this, you will find personalized sessions created by me directly on the application. You will then just have to preview the session or start reading it to know its content. All my instructions and advice will be transcribed there so that you can perform your session as well as possible. If an exercise is incompatible with your pain, it will be indicated by a red triangle and variations will be offered to you.

You will also find a set of TUTO videos that will explain how to perform the movements well!

On the other hand, you will also have access, in your session, to a load calculator and you will be able to add notes so that I can stay informed about your progress, your feelings and your difficulties. Finally, you will find all the information about you on your profile.
