This is a gym that was born in November 2016, it aims to meet
a request for personalized and individualized sports monitoring.
It is an intimate room, which does not accommodate more than 4 people at a time, which benefits from showers
and men's/women's locker rooms.
It offers different types of services such as:
- Physical preparation for sports clubs
- Personalized remote program
- Physical rehabilitation after injuries
- DPX cycle (indoor cycling lessons in small groups)
- DPX training (intensive group circuit training)
- Preparation for competitions
