About the app:
 
In the context of a MaaS experimentation project in Ile-de-France, RATP and Ile-de-France-Mobilités decided to build together the MaaX application (Mobility as an eXperience) which aims to offer you a mobility offer from the integration of a dozen mobility service providers (public transport, carpooling, car-sharing, VTC, self-service scooter, bike, scooter, parking ...) on a platform unique.
 
The MaaX application will allow you to:
 
Prepare and plan your trips:
- Search for itineraries by public transport, pedestrian, active mobility (bike and scooter), scooter, car (Carsharing, carpooling, VTC)
- Intermodal routes with public transport and active mobility, scooter, car-sharing and VTC
- Geolocation of bus stops, stations and metro stations as well as stations or vehicles of mobility partners close to you
- Trips by private car with parking
 
Book a ride:
• Car-sharing car reservation directly from the MaaX app. To make this journey smoother, an account link will be made between your MaaX customer account and the account of our car-sharing partner.
 
And for the payment?
As part of this experiment, no payment is made from the MaaX application.
On the other hand, we have set up a system to simplify this process:
• For the purchase of public transport tickets, a switch is made to the Vianavigo application in Ile-de-France Mobilités
• For other modes, you will also be directed to mobility partner applications
