Teleconsult your practitioner wherever you are from your smartphone, tablet or computer with ease.
1. New patient on GPSSanté? Sign up, it's completely free. Once in your space, find the doctor or practitioner of your choice and book your appointment in a few clicks
2. At the time of the appointment, click on the pink teleconsultation button to enter a virtual consultation room. Your camera is activated
3. Wait for your practitioner to connect (he may be a little late, please wait, you are in a virtual waiting room.)
4. Once your practitioner is online, the consultation can take place

How to pay for your teleconsultation?
To set up a teleconsultation, several options are available, depending on the practitioner's choice:
- Prepayment: fully secure transaction, you will only be debited on the day of your consultation
- By providing your bank card number to your practitioner at the end of your consultation
- By sending a payment check.
It is possible for a practitioner to deactivate payment for patients covered at 100%.
Note that teleconsultation is covered by health insurance in the same way as physical consultations.
