What is MySigmund?
MySigmund is aimed at adults and/or adolescents (13 years and older) who wish to explore a wide range of topics that positively or negatively impact mental health in a respectful and informative setting. Whether for yourself, a friend, a teenager, or a parent, the app offers tailored and secure tests.

What you can do with our app:
- Take tests based on psychological studies and research: explore a variety of topics such as romantic relationships, family habits, sexuality, psychosocial disorders at work or school, personality traits, atypical behaviors, addictions, cognitive abilities, and thought patterns.

- Personalized pre-diagnosis: At the end of each test, receive a pre-diagnosis to help you better understand your feelings.

- An enriched information space: For each topic, access its definition, prevalence (depending on the topic), quotes from mental health professionals, associated behaviors, associated disorders, and any help you may need to better understand it.
