The firm Axel Schoenert in charge of project management has designed a building of high quality by creating many green outdoor spaces and exploiting some of the basement.

The project proposes to work on the one hand to regenerate and enhance the assets of the existing and on the other hand to rethink the building to make it contemporary and functional.

The capacity will be 359 people including 89 people under the ERP.

The building will be delivered in the first quarter of 2020.
