"My loved one and me - CA NDF" is a coordination and communication application allowing to create a link and to favor the exchanges of the whole of a circle of trust around the person helped and composed of family caregivers and care professionals (home helpers, health professionals, paramedical professionals, etc.).
This application is made available by the Crédit Agricole Nord de France regional bank as part of its “Living well at home” approach, which consists of being by your side at every moment of your life.
This approach is based on this application "My loved one and me - CA NDF" but also on a web platform dedicated to carers and their loved ones to access a "Living well at home" report and to have privileged contact with a Care Manager to accompany you.
