The Legislative Assembly of Costa Rica is the First Power of the Republic. In it the people delegate the power to legislate by means of suffrage.

Its organization is in Title IX, chapter I of the Political Constitution. It is made up of 57 deputies, elected through the popular vote and according to the proportion of the population in the provinces.

We believe that the work of the deputies must be made known by all the means at our disposal.

In order to promote the work carried out by the Legislative Assembly, through the day's agenda, press bulletins, transmission of sessions and in order to strengthen transparency and publicity of the law, strengthening the consultation of the Information System Legislative (SIL), this application for mobile devices was born, in such a way that the citizen in general is facilitated access to this information, having at hand in an agile and simple way from their mobile devices the news that is written daily, the agenda sessions of both the plenary and the different commissions.
