Second, Information Request services related to submitting requests for data or documents directly from the application. Third, real-time notifications, related to getting important updates directly through notifications. Fourth, request history includes tracking all your information requests transparently. And finally, data security which includes the use of encryption and authentication systems to maintain user privacy.
Purpose The development of this application was built to improve information disclosure and strengthen public participation in the oversight of public services.
