The Bandung City PPID application was developed to realize transparent and accountable information services to fulfill the rights of information applicants in accordance with laws and regulations, with the motto Smart, Efficient, Neat, Easy, and Reliable (CERMAT).

This mobile-based application is expected to make it easier for information applicants or information seekers to access public information.
