The Mobile Solution for Assessment Reporting (MSAR24) application is provided by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). FHWA DOT developed MSAR24 to enable users associated State and Federal Land Management Agencies to submit repair assessments under the Federal Lands ERFO and Federal Aid ER Programs. The application streamlines by submission process by automating data capture (location details, photos, and assessment data) and approvals.
