The Department of Electronic Crime and the Greek Confederation of Commerce and Entrepreneurship under the cooperation protocol signed, developed the innovative action entitled «FeelSafe» in e-commerce, aiming the preservation of the commercial and business world of the country and consumers from online fraud phenomena. The application is a key step to inform citizens and business members of the EERA (entrepreneurs and employees in enterprises) on the safe navigation and adapt to electronic commerce and in particular on the use of plastic money.

The application provides a function sending information messages (push notifications) that take users who have installed the application on immediate risks and threats on electronic commerce. In this way they will be informed immediately and valid users on scams timeliness, ecommerce pitfalls, and how to protect businesses.
The aim is to shield the commercial world but also consumers from pitfalls of the Internet and fraudulent use of credit and debit cards.

The application incorporates an interactive game - test called «Feel Expert» and contains questions and answers on e-commerce. Users can through this game to see if they know how to surf safely and make electronic purchases, particularly using cards.

Finally, the application has a feature online complaints line (SOS) through which direct and real-time (realtime) enable citizens through an innovative (touchscreencall) process «FeelSafe», to connect to a Modern Management Center online threats (FEELSAFE), that is based in Address Electronic Crime and where specialized officers DI.D.I.E inform / assist / handle cases / threats faced by citizens / businesses on e-business direct and valid.
