The app includes:

Problem report can be done immediately or, if there is no available network, the user can save the report and submit it later. Furthermore, the user can watch the status of the submitted reports as they are been solved.

7. Immediate contact with the Municipality through phone or email.

Lastly the application includes a push notification service in order for the user to receive immediate messages from the Municipality in case of an emergency or urgent matter.
