It is an application that offers real-time updates on account releases, outstanding amounts, package consumption, payment management, activation of additional services while also offering a customer request management service with online monitoring and updating.

Thanks to its unified operation, myON allows users to have full transparency and control over their services, saving time and offering greater convenience in managing their accounts and consumption.

Below are the main features and functions that myON offers.

Balance check: The user can see in real time the balance of his data, talk minutes and SMS, so that he knows at all times what data he has available.

Bill Payment: The application allows instant payment of bills through electronic payments, offering various payment options such as single bill payment or multiple bills together in one lump sum.

History of payments and charges: The user has access to previous accounts and transactions so that he can control his payments and his charges.

Service management: It is possible to activate and deactivate services, customize programs and add additional options to the connection.

Consumption details: Users can see their consumption in the recent bill, as well as their bill history, so they know how much energy they are using and plan their expenses better.

View Bills: All current and previous bills are available in the app, along with detailed information on charges and payment dates, and the ability to save in pdf format.
