The very first Gurmukhi Dictionary app for Android is now here. It's a great tool for reference and vocabulary building in Gurmukhi. This app includes the words from Sri Guru Granth Sahib only rather any Punjabi Word. It also includes synonyms with Examples.

NOTE: YOU NEED TO INSTALL GURMUKHI KEYBOARD FROM GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND ENABLED WHILE USING THE APP.
