Added support for EMUI 3.1(not tested).
Enhancements:
Added more icons for NextBitRobin version.
Added new Battery icon in statusbar.(circular when percentage is inside the icon).
Fixed heads up window for Oreo and NextBitRobin.
Fixed quick toggles color for EMUI 3.1.
Testing:
Added the missing icons in settings app for EMUI 3.1(i need reports.Please report via email or telegram)
