The Support Group, in order to provide its members with security and tranquility in the use of their assets, through this policy, undertakes to:

Seek the satisfaction of its associates and third parties, through services that meet their quality requirements.
Seeking satisfaction and offering working conditions to employees and sales representatives;
Evaluate suppliers in search of the quality of the services offered;
Meet the applicable legal requirements and others subscribed by the Association and AAAPV – Self-regulation Agency of Self-Management Entities of Protection Plans Against Property Risks;
Promote the continuous improvement of the quality management system, by monitoring its objectives and goals.
