Maxcar is a civil association, with legal basis in the Federal Constitution in its article 5, inc. XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX and XXI, as well as in the Civil Code in its article 53 and following and have as their objective the defense and promotion of the interests of their associates, offering them a list of benefits and support through mutual aid, based on by the principle of association.
