What is mentalis ReConnect?
mentalis ReConnect includes an app and regular psychological telephone consultations. During these consultations, you will be supported in achieving your personal goals. In the app, you will learn helpful techniques and strategies that can help you manage your symptoms.
How to access mentalis ReConnect
1. Book your appointment for an initial meeting with a mentalis aftercare psychologist at www.mentalis-health.com/nachsorge.
2. During a telephone conversation, we will jointly determine whether aftercare is right for you. If you are currently receiving treatment at one of our partner clinics, this assessment can also be carried out by the clinic. 3. The ReConnect app and your psychologist will support you in achieving long-term stability and finding follow-up treatment if needed.
