The Federation of Cooperative Savings and Credit Associations (RL) is a second-tier body that began its integration talks in 1998 with the participation of five savings and credit cooperatives with a common reality, all from the education sector, which despite Having lived the strongest fall of a Costa Rican cooperative integration body, they decided to conform to the Federation model, as this was the model that showed the most virtues within the cooperative philosophy.
