Catalog: Customers can now download PDF files showcasing our range of products, including Braille signs, AESC products, and LVRC products. This feature enhances accessibility to our offerings.
E-Order Form: Customers can place orders directly through the app using the newly developed e-order function via JotForm. Initially, this feature focuses on Braille signs. The form design is complete, and all products have been uploaded. Our staff can easily update product content and pricing through the JotForm backend. We will coordinate with Gigi's team to determine who will receive and manage these orders. Please note that we do not plan to implement a payment function at this time.
Enquiry Form: Customers can fill out enquiry forms easily, facilitating communication with us outside of office hours. They can provide their name, telephone number, and select the purpose of their enquiry, after which the system will generate an email for us. This feature is also developed using JotForm. Currently, all emails will be directed to our main enquiry address, as we do not have the capability to sort them based on enquiry type.
Video Function: This feature is linked to our official YouTube playlist. The DAS team will provide demo videos that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our assistive technologies and accessibility tools. This serves as an educational resource, enhancing customer knowledge and engagement.
Digital Accessibility Service: We are developing features to promote our digital accessibility services, which include introducing the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to raise awareness about accessibility standards. Our new content will highlight our mission, the services we offer, and the challenges that individuals with disabilities face when using digital devices."
