Local examples of management practices are rarely found in the management textbooks adopted by universities in Hong Kong. To enhance students’ motivation in learning their first course in management, organisational behaviour, or human resource management, this App provides ample and concise description of management practices in various organisations in Hong Kong. This innovative project was led by Dr. Andy Kwan at the Department of Management at City University of Hong Kong with the support of a teaching development grant.
