This is a game program that comprehensively understands emotion management. The entire game program development is divided into three stages, each stage will design a mobile application that fits the theme of the stage to complete the entire program development. The design of these three mobile apps refers to the content of the cognitive behavioral therapy model. It is hoped that game users can learn the relationship between "emotions", "behaviors" and "thoughts". In the long run, understand how one's own thought traps affect one's emotions and behavior, learn how to adjust one's own thoughts, and achieve effective emotional management.

This is the third stage of the game program. Users have mastered the relationship between emotions, behaviors, and physical signals through the use of the first and second stages of the program. Users can use the third-stage program to create a "diary" to record the triggering events that affect their emotions, their associated thoughts, body signals, behavioral representations, and possible "thought traps".

Users can use this to more easily perceive the patterns of thought traps that often affect themselves, think about the ways to deal with the thought traps that affect their own emotions, and achieve effective emotional management.

At this stage, the program also includes a series of functions to enhance the user experience, including simple data cards for common thought traps for users' reference, and self-tuning of the diary ordering method to make it easier to search.
