DM Care糖訊通」提供糖尿護理的相關資訊，包括「認識糖尿」、「看顧技巧」、「日常生活」和「同行者」，用戶也可輸入個人血糖資料和相關資訊作記錄分析。另外，用戶可在程式設定量度血糖及覆診提示，程式會根據設定發出提示通告。

“DM Care 糖訊通” app provides information about diabetes care including "Understanding Diabetes ", " Diabetes Care", "Daily Life" and "Companion", users can also enter personal DM data and information for record and analysis. In addition, users can set notification for measure mmol and the program will prompt alert in accordance with the setting.
