(MEIL), Singapore (a Lakshmi N Mittal company), HMEL’s production assets represent the single largest investment in any sector in the state of Punjab.
HMEL’s Guru Gobind Singh Refinery at Bathinda, Punjab, is strategically positioned to respond to India’s ever changing energy needs. The 11.3 million metric tonnes per annum (MMTPA) energy efficient, environment-friendly, high distillate yielding complex refinery has been designed to produce high value added petroleum products catering to a demand-driven market.
We strive to maximize stakeholder value by leveraging the latest technologies and partnering with the best. In order to achieve the same, we have developed this application to digitalize the Land Evaluation process as part of overall Channel partner selection process.

This application helps to evaluate land details on various parameters like dimensions of the land, water available, trees on land, roadside divider etc. Apart from capturing these parameters, Photos and GEO tagging of the locations is also captured.

As part of the process, registered user will evaluate the land details and provide comments against all the parameters in the application. Along with this, registered user will upload the photos to the application. Photo upload procedure has inbuilt functionality to capture GEO coordinates of the location. Once the user uploads the Photos and Evaluation report, he can access/download the data through the application.

HMEL LEC application has been designed to have an interface with its HMEL Channel Partners selection portal to cater the business needs for selection of channel partner.

The app shall only be utilized by registered users assigned directly by HMEL administrator and will incorporate the relevant information pertaining to the business transactions.

This application helps to evaluate land as part of Dealer selection process with provision to capture Photo & Geo coordinates of the land resulting in substantial time saving in the selection process. The authentic users shall be able to access the data specific to them and in secured and integrated environment.
