FreshPay fiscal cash register is a service intended for all taxpayers of the Act on Fiscalization in Cash Transactions. FreshPay is a comprehensive solution for fiscalization suitable for various activities, and it provides everything necessary for the simple issuance of invoices that are in accordance with the Act on fiscalization in cash transactions.
A prerequisite for using the FreshPay cashier application is the A1 FreshPay license.
The FreshPay cash register can be used with your own devices (Android tablet or smartphone) and an existing internet connection. You only need a mobile printer and you can issue invoices in an instant, without complications.

A short list of FreshPay functionality:
• monitoring warehouses and stock of goods
• import of goods and definition of complex products such as standards for catering or product sets
• putting the monthly license into seasonal hibernation (reduced fee for hibernation)
• adding a description to the article
• change of prices and discounts per item, user, payment method
• support for VAT-exempt items (you can print a basis on the invoice based on which VAT is not calculated on the item)
• Issuance of Myanmar invoices with all necessary information (value date, payment invoice, etc.)
• creation of invoices by place of delivery
• remote monitoring of business in real time (you can monitor issued invoices for each cash register in real time)
• in case of disconnection with the Tax Administration, you can still issue invoices, and as soon as the connection is re-established, these invoices will automatically be sent to the Tax Administration
• the possibility of working for 48 hours without an Internet connection (legally prescribed maximum)

• entry wizard – guiding you through basic data entry to get started and issue invoices
• test mode of the application for training before using the cash register
• Back Office - an administrative interface for the cash register that provides access to traffic, reports, items and other administrative information located at the cash register. The interface also enables administrative changes to be made, which facilitate work at the cash register.
