The City Complaints Information Center (GRIC) is a system that enables the citizens of the City of Varaždin to, using only one telephone number through the call center or via the Internet, communicate with city services and companies in such a way as to report problems, complaints and ask questions about services whose solution is contained and covered by the Catalog of services provided by the City of Varaždin, with the opportunity to receive feedback and relevant information related to the resolution of reported problems, complaints and inquiries.
