KASZ is the organization representing the interests of trade workers. Its members are employees who realized that together, as an organized community, they can achieve more significant results for the employer than they could alone.

Our trade union is a representative trade union, that is, it is entitled to conclude agreements covering the entire sector.

KASZ consistently and persistently represents its members working in trade in all matters it has come to know, and the interests of the entire collective with the results achieved.
